Why should I choose SWSS for my pet care needs?


Sit. Walk. Stay. Sienna. LLC is an insured and bonded pet care service. We are professional pet sitters and dog walkers. While asking friends, family and neighbor teens to care for your animals might be easy these people have other priorities. Sit. Walk. Stay. Sienna is our priority, therefor your pets are our priority. We work 365 days a year rain or shine.

We currently cover all of Missouri City and surrounding communities. Our business is growing rapidly and we are always adding new sitters and expanding our service areas. If you live outside of these communities and need pet care services please do not hesitate to contact us.

Are you insured and bonded?


Yes, we are insured and bonded. A copy of our insurance certificate is available upon request.

Do you have references?


SWSS has wonderful references available upon request. We are proud to say we still walk our very first client's dog every day.

What does SWSS need from me before services start?


We have a few documents that need to be signed prior to your services starting. We will require a key or key pad access and some information regarding your pet(s). We will schedule a free consultation for you to meet your sitter and sign the required documents. In emergent situations consultations can be done over the phone.

Do you board dogs?


We do not board dogs overnight. All services are scheduled and provided at the client's residence. We do offer in home overnight pet sitting which in our opinion is a better option for your animal. 

Cancellation policy?

Vacation/ Drop in Cancellation Policy

​We understand that “life happens,” but we ask that you also understand that we are a business and we have policies in place to prevent excessive last-minute cancellations. Our policy states to cancel a scheduled service, please text, e-mail or call the office at least 48 hours prior to the first scheduled service. If you text, e-mail or call within the time frame you will not receive a charge for the cancelled visit. If cancellation notification is not received 48 hours before the first service is set to begin then payment in full for the entire reservation will be due.

Walk/ Potty Break Cancellations:

Please text or call to cancel your service as soon as you become aware that your walker/sitter will not be needed. If your walker/sitter arrives at your home and is then canceled you will be billed for the scheduled service. If the service is cancelled prior to the walker/sitter's arrival there is no charge. We will plan to arrive for scheduled services regardless of weather or school-closures unless we hear from you.




What Is Mobile Pet Grooming?


It is professional grooming self-contained in a custom salon that arrives at your door to take care of your dog's grooming needs.  Mobile dog grooming is preferred by most of today's busy dog owners. The convenience for you and the exclusive attention for your dog make it desirable to use a mobile grooming service. A hot water heater ensures the perfect bath temperature and a therapeutic bathing system cleans and soothes your pet.

How long does the grooming take?

Typically anywhere from 45 minutes to two hours. Times are based on the size of the pet, coat condition, hair length, etc. (very hairy and/or large dogs understandably take longer)

Is warm water used?

Yes, the salon holds 70 gallons of fresh, heated water.

Why can't I watch while my pet is being groomed?

The point is that stylists would love to have you watch them, but dogs become very excited having their owners see them that they can run the risk of being injured. Groomers use many sharp tools while styling and pets that move around on the grooming table are at a higher risk of being wrongly cut. DO NOT be offended if your groomer informs you that you or your children can not be in the trailer or standing outside the window. It is only done for the safety of your beloved pet. If you HAVE to come to the trailer for something please remember to come over and knock quietly so as not to startle the pet or the groomer. Doors opening or closing and voices can excite animals’ at the most inopportune time. PLEASE never, ever open the door of the trailer while a dog is inside. This could result in an animal escaping and possibly being injured.

How often should my dog be groomed?

We recommend every 4 to 6 weeks. Weekly appointments are also available.

But doesn't frequent bathing dry out the skin and coat? 

Nope! We use very mild, hypoallergenic and medicated shampoos and conditioners that are safe to be used once a week. In fact, most veterinarians recommend dogs be washed at least once a week with a medicated shampoo if they have skin or coat problems.

Can I have my pet washed in my own shampoo?

We'll be happy to use any preferred pet-safe or veterinarian prescribed shampoo, as long as it is designed for and safe to use on pets.

How long until I can get an appointment?

We can usually book your appointment within a week. However there are times during the year which become very busy and it is recommended to schedule as far as 2 or more weeks ahead by using our online booking system on our web site or by giving us a call.

Why does mobile grooming cost more than a regular grooming salon?

We come to you! Your dog has one on one attention without the stress from being caged, and you do not have to make 2 trips to the salon. You do not have to plan your whole day around getting your dog groomed. Mobile dog grooming allows the groomer to have a one-on-one grooming session with your dog.  They get my undivided attention, are hand dried so they don't have to be put in a crate and then are brought right back inside their home.  We only use high quality shampoos and products.

The groomer mentioned my dog might have a health problem. Should I still take my pet to the vet?

Yes. While we are not licensed veterinarians, groomers usually see your pet several times a year, while your vet probably only sees him once in a while for shots. We also carefully inspect every inch of your pet during the bathing, drying, and styling process, and are more likely to notice problems that owners sometimes can't see. If a groomer mentions a potential health problem, she is only acting in the best interest of your dog's health. Common things we often notice are: dry skin and dandruff, rashes, sores, ingrown toenails, ear infections, fleas, ticks, impacted anal glands, urinary tract infections, fatty tumors, skin seborrhea, warts or moles, seasonal and food allergies, severe weight fluctuation and teeth problems, to name a few! If your groomer mentions a potential illness, please call your vet... for your dog's sake, for your sake, and for ours.

Are current vaccinations required?

Yes! For our safety we require your dog(s) to be vaccinated with just the rabies vaccine at least 2 days prior to your appointment to allow the shot to become effective. This is both my policy and Texas State Law.

Should I tip my mobile groomer?

As with any service, tips are greatly appreciated. A nice review or a good referral are excellent tips in my opinion as well.

Do you offer any discounts? Mobile grooming seems so expensive. I don't know if I can afford the recommended 4-8 week schedule. 

We offer a 10% discount to current or retired military or law enforcement personnel. A VALID ID or badge must be presented at the time of service by the holder. The military or law enforcement individual must reside in the household.  


For non military or law enforcement individuals, unfortunately, no. This is a very demanding business and even though you may have two dogs at one house that still means two entire dogs that need to be completely bathed and groomed. It is wear and tear on my equipment which has to be maintained frequently the more it is used, and it still takes time to groom each pet. 

Why do you list your prices on your website when others don't?

We have nothing to hide. We would rather you have an IDEA (prices will vary per situation due to pet's conditions and temperament) of what our service will cost you. 

Do you charge sales tax?

Unfortunately, yes. The state requires us to collect sales tax for grooming services. We do not collect sales tax for pet sitting or other services. Sales tax for Texas is .0825%
